My friend Amber recently lost a substantial amount of weight. While she was thrilled to do so, she was sad to have to give up her now-oversized favorite clothes. So, she handed a few items over to me and I “tweaked” them into a handbag. She loves the unique look and style of the bag, and also that it is a trophy of her newly reached goal.
The pocket is off of a pair of her shorts; the black, flowered, and blue sheer fabrics all come from a few of her favored tops. The handles are re-claimed men’s neck-ties.
